About Us

The Department of Handlooms is mandated with the planning, organizing, co-ordinating, implementing, monitoring and responsible for the effective conduct of various programmes to preserve, promote and develop the handlooms Industry. The Department also implements welfare measures for the handlooms Weavers through Primary and Apex Weavers’ Co-operative Societies.

Enforcement
